Sewing Patterns for Shift Boot and E Brake Lever

Does anyone have the patterns anywhere? I want to do this, but want to refrian from the trial and error part of it. Mainly because someone else will be doing it for me, as I can't sew. Thanks

e-brake cover I can't locate the shift boot pattern right now, but IIRC it is around somewhere. If you can't find it, I have one that I can get you a pattern for.

oh and it's for an S14, not S13, in case the boots are different.
