do z32 calipers bolt right up on a s13, and if so do you have to change the brake master cylinder?

what's the widest rim/tire you can run without switching to coilovers?

what would a good rear end gear ratio be after turbo and some other goodies, i want 5th to pull for a little longer, i know i'll loose lowend, but i just don't want to be winding it out on highway runs....

and what style of posi, do the 93 se's, have? cuz after the miles on mine everything is a onelegger and i want to change that.....is it a matter of new clutchpacks?

No

It helps to change the MC but not completely necessary.

8"

If 140mph isn't fast enough for your hwy run (What ever the F*ck that means) then get something else besides a 240 rookie.

Depends... does you S13 have VLSD or not??
