1. Resarch! Do more and you won't have as many questions.
2. Treadstone manifold is fine, you just have to get an on-center turbine housing for your turbo to clear your master cylinder. People get away with a tangential turbine housing all the time, but there is a lot more downpipe clearance with an on-center housing if you use that manifold.
3. HX35 is a good turbo, I believe it uses standard t3/t4 oil fittings. As far as a restrictor, I'm not sure, research that.
4. Z32 MAF - You'll need a tune, more on that later.
5. Injectors - at least 640cc if you plan on at least 300 to 350 whp.
6. JGS Wastegate - Haven't heard anything bad about it, but I've never really heard anything about it in general. If it's the one that comes with the JGS starter kits then I assume it's good quality.
7. Tuning. You'll need a way to control the z32 MAF and larger injectors, the easiest way is with an ECU tune. There are many options, but EFI Specialist is the cheapest tuner that is trusted. Stay away from E-mance, his tunes are stolen and/or garbage.
