It will be different on everyone's car. Everyone uses different sized wastegates and turbos etc. You have to play around with it until you figure out what % corresponds to which boost level. You might want to list your set up, hopefully someone might have something similar.
there should be a switch on the control unit that allows it to run with a internal wastegate or external wastegate. ( thats how the blitz one works ) usually with these electronic boost controllers is theres a volume knob. just start off at 0 and keep on turning it up until you start seeing a increase in boost pressure.

Read the instructions, they are in english I promise. You need to swap the nipples on the selenoid for an internal or external wastegate according to the instructions.
