Setting up FLTA2!!!!

Just recieved my FLTA2 :ylsuper and was wondering how to setup them up with relation to the spring perch. In the drawing That i have supplied what distance do most of you guys have (A) set to. From the spring perch to the top of the shock body. That is the only part I am worried about, because I want to have maxium travel even when I lower the car.

I could be wrong (I will call my friend with these struts tomorrow if you'd like), but by lowering the spring perch, you lessen shock travel. By lowering the shock body, you lower the car w/ out affecting the shock travel. So feel free to adjust the shock body as much as possible, but don't set the spring perch too low and you'll be fine. Call Jic tomorrow too.Good luck.

Thanks for the replay, I just want to have the spring perch set for the maxium travel before I adjust the shock body. I will call JIC to see what they recommend. The manual even in japanese does not seem to say what it should be. Maybe it does not matter!!!! :rolleyes
