So I spend a good hour out in the garage just now trying to figure things out. after having the laptop next to me and using more than 1 search engine Im in need of help.

I plan to run a boost gauge and coolant temp gauge.

for the boost gauge I figured routing it into the waste gate recirc

however for the temp gauge I have no idea where to add it. Ive played around with drilling into the radiator which with the long fin design, it is very possible I will be drilling right into trouble. others forums search resulted with drilling into the radiator hoses which sounds good other than a lack of being able to seal it(short of JB weld I suppose?)

as with anything, this stepping into uncharted territory is always exciting.

ps Ive text a few gear head friends who suggested an adapter? what fitment things would i need for this?

For boost you can just tee off the nipple on the back of the plenum

For water temperature, you can buy a tee that splices into the upper radiator hose that has threads for the sender. If your sender is 1/8 NPT you can use this (34mm for our engines):

If your gauges are 1/8 BSPT (Defi and other Japanese brands) the sender will probably be 1/8 BSPT, so that Prosport tee won't work. GReddy makes a 1/8 BSPT one though.

Why is the upper radiator hose better for the sensor?because its the warmer of the two hoses?

That's right, lower hose has liquid already cooled by the radiator. Top hose is for hot coolant leaving the engine and entering the radiator to be cooled.
