Setting timing with the starter ?

I was wondering if we can look and adjust timing if we crank the engine with the starter ? im gonna remove the fuel pump fuse before for sure.

I was wondering if we can look and adjust timing if we crank the engine with the starter ? im gonna remove the fuel pump fuse before for sure.

And the answer is "No". Temperature, load, and rpm all play a major factor at setting the timing correctly.
