well i just wanted to vent a little bit. i had been saving up to get myself the IAP stage 1+ kit for my car. i was about two thirds the way there, then on this past saturday my a$$hole boss decided to "let me go", and why might you ask? because i failed my audit by one point, i made an 84 instead of an 85! so now i have to use my turbo funds to get by until i get another job, this really sucks!

That wouldn't happen to be a Radioshack audit would it?

What department of Home Depot were you at?

I work for Stock Building Supply down on Ben White, if you have lumber / millwork qualifications I can see about openings there.

Also, there are alot of places hiring right now due to school going back in session. I don't think you will have a long turn around time.

Claim unemployment if you have to.

SPL is off and on.

I honestly think you should come to Stock tomorrow morning and bring your resume. I will talk to my manager to see if there is a job position we could put you in at. I know alot of people are getting trained to move around, and we can always use someone who is familar with doors and window orders I'd imagine.

We are on Burleson road, go east on Ben White, turn right after the McDonalds and continue straight; if you go around the curve you've gone too far. Basically you go behind the construction barriers and park in the parking lot.

Walk to the side of the building and into the last door on the left, there will be a little sign on there that says "Open" it's wooden. Go in there, go right, then look to your left and there will be the contractor sales counter. My name is Alan.

I get $11 / hr. which is decent.

I talked to my manager and she said they are hiring very soon, and to get in and fill out an application.

It's pretty cool working there, nothing is really bad about it.
