I was at a used parts joint and they have a set of HKS cams, both 264/8.5, anybody want me to snap them up on their behalf?

These things are awesome, get them if you can people. Still streetable and the engine pulls hella smooth all the way to redline. Say goodbye to what little bottom end our engines did have though, it won't do much below 3000rpm. Unless something is wrong with my car, but I don't think so, the way the engine pulls when you put your foot down really suggests things are going well...

**Edit: Whoops, apparently I've become lysdexic. My cams are 256's. But that just means the 264's will up the crazy.

$350 shipped. That covers the procurement packing and shipping and a little lapdance fund for yours truly.

Irrelavent. Longer duration simply moves your power peak up the RPM range. 264s aren't going to put that peak in a range a stock motor can't handle. 272s and above sure but IMO at that point you need to be thinking about more than the short block, namely collapsing lifters and whether the head's ports will flow enough air.

I didn't forget about it, I'm just trying to save some dough on shipping.
