SES light O2 sensor

Had Auto Zone pull the code(P0140) for a service engine light . 2001 GXE

My question is which o2 sensor is this one? Where is it located and will I be able to change it myslef if I purchase the new sensor.

I had the O2 diagonstic pop up on me in 7/07. I erased it andit has not come back
