after searching "service engine soon light" in the search field..i read through all the ones that are related to G-series forums...i installed a new set of tweeters and i started out the process disconnecting the positive connection to the battery...and then continued with my install..finished up with the install...re-connected the positive terminal..and the sound was awsome..so when i was going over to my cousins house.. the SES light came on ..i figured it was cuz i had the battery disconnected or something so i would give it a day or so for the car to go through whatever it has to in order to realize that there isnt a problem. its almost 4 days after the install and i just drove the car again today and the SES light is still on...now i came home and disconnected the positive terminal again ..and im going to re-connect is tomorrow...because i read that somewhere and thought i'd five that a shot..

anyone got an idea as to what's wrong?..i havent done any engine mods yet..no performance parts..please help!

You may also want to have a local auto parts store hook up a scanner and figure out what the code is for.
