service records

I wanted to get the service records for my Q that I just bought and the local dealer couldn't pull them off the computer. I found that the car had a history in Scottsdale, so talked to service there. They had the records on their computer.

Point is, apparantely Infiniti is purging their computers of older service records and they will likely get more difficult or impossible to acquire. Infiniti Tucson did get my records faxed from a national source, but if you don't have the records for your car, might be a good idea to get them.
