The link below is to a service manual on CD. It seems like its more professional seller than those selling most manuals on CD. Anyone know anything about these particular manuals? Whether they are in-depth enough?

They typically do not contain everything the bound manual contains.

That, and they're burned copies, possibly violating some copyright law.

I would just spend the $19.95 at http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infiniti for a one day pass. That way you can download the service manuals, tech bulletins, etc. for any of the Infiniti or Nissan line. All you can download in 24 hours for $20.

Not only are you spending less money, but you are also assured of getting the real thing.

The only caveat to this is that I think 1994 is as early as the online manuals go, but looking at your profile, this shouldn't be an issue. :)

I have one that has some scuffs on the cover that I'll ship for $35.

I have another that's almost PERFECT, and in it's original protective box, that I'll ship for $45.

Both are 91 editions but are 99.9% identical from 1990 to 1995.

A Q manual in "fair" condition can be bought from http://www.books4cars.com for $199 (jerks). I *will* make a few bucks on these to support my Q's maintenance costs, but I think it's also a pretty fair price.

p.s. I would have done the $20 "all-you-can-download" deal, but I have a dial-up connection, and I'd hate to drop $20 and then have to monitor the DL all day (connection gets lost several times a day).

Hitman, Just so you know, you dont just click the individual PDFs to download, they have to open individually and then you have to save it!!! VERY VERY TIME CONSUMING...... Took me 4 hours to get all the J and Q manuals/tsbs...... And I have cable internet!

If you want an owners manual, you can goto http://www.infiniti-techinfo.com and download it for free there..... If you cant find it, Ill send it to you (its a free download, so its not illegal or anything)...... Take in mind it is for a 96, which is basically the same.......

Also, if you plan on doing electrical things, then a non-year specific manual wont do..... the wiring/circuit diagrams are different almost every year (except for 94/95)...... But for basic things (most likely for all your benefits and purposes) it will do......

I know - That's why I didn't do it - My dialup is SLOW AS HELL.

However, it's free, and I'm poor, so there you have it! :D

Well, at my salary, with 3 kids, you'd have dialup too if it was free. :D
