Does anybody know how can I turn of the sign "Service Engine Soon"?

Also how is much is approximate fuel consumption of G 35 Sedan in the city?

Go to Autozone or a parts store like that. Have them hook up the OBDII scan tool and clear the code.

I get about 18-19 MPG in the city.

You need to reset the ECU to clear the trouble code. The easiest way is to disconnect the negative battery lead, and pump the brakes about 10-15 times to discharge the ECU caps.

I get 18 MPG city, 24 highway...

Yes, you can do it that way. However, its always a great idea to find out WHY the SES light is coming on... Do like Beancooker said and get is scanned. Then, resolve the problem.

Yes probably I should find why the SES light is on. Also it consumes quite a lot of Gas.
