Service engine soon problem...recurring

I've got an 03 Spec V with Nismo CAI, Catback, Header with cat. I have a recurring service engine code that keeps coming back from time to time and would like suggestions. Code is 0507, engine idle higher than expected. I've done the relearn before, unhooked the battery for 24+ hours and have had it cleared at autozone. I think I currently have it now for roughly the 5 or 6th time. It has cleared itself once. The last time I had it was 5k-6k miles ago. Pretty sure the first time it showed its ugly head was 1 fill up of mid grade. Autozone, scanned it, sold me an fuel system cleaner and it was good for awhile. Car currently has 77k on it...first time it happened was around 60k(ballpark). No oil consumption problems, do most all of my own maintenance...great car, just annoying me a little. And it has at times(not currently) went into idle at around 1300 after it warmed up instead of 950ish. Any suggestions are welcome.

950ish is a little high to begin with, it should be closer to 750-800.

That said, check to see if there are any gaps in the intake fittings, you may have a small leak, and that can cause a higher idle. Also check all the little hoses running around the throttle body and intake manifold.
