Well i found out what it was, or what it wasnt It threw a code but when they looked it up, it wasnt in the books.
But.....They've seen this problem before only with remote starters installed. I guess there needs to be some sort of diode installed between the neutral switch and the starter wire (or something like that) It was sending a 12v surge to the transmission and throwing the code. Also, you could remote start the car while in drive.
Just make sure you get someone who really knows what they are doing when installing on this car.
BTW: Its all fixed now
