Service engine soon light

So I was installing led dome light some how short circuit and blew out a fuse, located the fuse that was blown out put on the spare fuse until I go the the auto shop and at this time the SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT came on, I bought the mini fuse and once again replaced it and the service engine light it still on any ideas. The car seems to drive light normal idk what it could be. Thanks for the help

Go get the code(s) read and post them. It's likely a coincidence that it occurred after changing the fuse.

I forgot to mention I went to 5 different auto store to try to get the code read and not a single one could get a code from my car, they all said it seems to not have power. Could I have blown the fuse for that to, if so anyone knows which fuse it could be I checked and couldn't find it. Thanks

I noticed there are two fuses that provide power to the data link connector (Connector under the steering wheel where you connect the OBDII reader). Check fuse #12 and #19 from the fuse junction box (The one inside the car). Also to read codes properly you have to put the car into the On position without the engine running.
