Welcome to NICO!!

Have you had any service work done lately??

P0011 is a cam position sensor. Possibly your timing chain. Sometimes you can get that when you over adjust the cam timing.

I think it can also be set off by low oil pressure. Try an oil change..

Hopefully someone else will chime in who has had this problem.

There was a recall for 2003 G35's for the Cam Position Sensor. There was an improper solder joint.

you should read that and call infiniti to see if your vehicle was one of these and if it was ever fixed.

Welcome! These guys nailed it. The main reason for that if your car is not part of the campaign is low oil level not allowing oil pressure to operate the intake timing adjustment. If you email me your vin I will see if it is within range for the campaign.
