service engine soon light dont work

my service engine soon light dont come on when key is turned to on position and they wont emission test it till it does any isdea why? it had codes but i fixed all the problems it was having tps and cam and crank sensors i bought the car at an auction please help and thank you in advance

is there a fuse for this? car runs and drives great
