Service engine, SLIP, TCS off and ABS lights on!! - Maxima

I just bought a 2001 Nissan Maxima GLE -- What is the real deal with these lights being on? All four!! I have searched and found different problems from coils to oxygen sensors!! Dealer has set up appointment with Nissan because they don't know the cause of this but in the mean time -- what may happen to my car? Is Nissan actually fixing the problem?

Don't be alarmed. I had codes set that indicated bad coils and when it happened it cascaded through the system and set the TCS and ABS lights too. The other lights are probably unrelated.

Have them see what code is set, replace the broken part, and all the rest of the lights should go out, too.

It's scary the first time you see it, though.
