06 Cpe, Ox sensor issues ***

This probably seems simple....
06 Coupe with Plenum spacer, cold air intake, stillen pipes and original Oxygen sensors.... all aftermarket work done by an infiniti dealer.
Issue.... Check engine light is on
Fault indicates a forward 0x sensor needs replacing. (Code 0430 TW Catalyst system, Bank 2)
Engine is running normal.... Dealer says $450 to replace the sensor.

Has anyone heard of this issue. What are the implications if it is not replaced.... Based on the mods, is this normal. The work had been completed ~2yrs ago.

Appreciate any feedback!

It's common for sensors to go out. If you want to save some money you can try to replace the sensor yourself. I would go ahead and get it replaced.
