Serpentine Belt help

I have an 03 G35 sedan that my lady drives and I want to change the serpentine belt since during the last oil change @ Nissan they said it needs to be replaced. It has 71k miles and the belt does need to be changed (cracks, sqeack at start up). Can anyone tell me the steps on the G and any little things to watch out for cause we all know how the infinitis can be if not done right. Besides, I dont want to hear her mouth if it is not done properly. I could not find anything that tells of the belt replacement in the search.
