Serpentine Belt - 2001 Pathfinder

How easy is it to replace serpentine belt on 2001 Pathfinder? Any tricks?

i think an 01 pathfinder has two belts. is it a 3.5? they are really easy to do belts on once you pull the skid plate out from the bottom. 3.3 is not bad either.

3.5. Since I am not that mechanical but beleive I can do the work. Does it need to be done underneath or from above with hood open. It looks complicated to me. Do you recommend Nissan OEM belt or aftermarket? Thanks.

3.5 piece of cake. do it from underneith. you have to take down the big plastic splash shield and then bam its right in front of you. you can get aftermarket if you get good name brand stuff like gates or something. you should be able to find an adjuster on each belt. it will have a lock nut/bolt and an adjustment nut/bolt. sorry for being so vague i dont have a good memory of every different belt routing.
