Yeah, there is a little washer type thing that is meant to hold it on there but clearly it came off. I called perma cool and told them what happened but the person I spoke with said he will have to wait till Friday when his supervisor is in to be able to make any sort of decision on what to do about this.I'm hoping my radiator will be okay. I found a tiny bit of coolant sitting on one of the cooling fins that got chewed up... soooo not good.

Wow. I would fight for them to replace the fan and radiator. If they don't tell them fine I will go to flex a lite and that will get their attention. That sucks.

/\ I thought about that, but I'm really not trying to upset anyone else. Right now I'm debating on whether I should drill a hold in the shaft and use a cotter pin to hold the blade on for the time being, or if I should wait for them to call be back. I would hate to do the cotter pin idea and then have them tell me I need to send the fan to them in order to get any replacement parts, because I'm sure they would try to fight it by saying I altered the functionality of the fan and that's why it broke or something stupid like that.Guess I'm driving Ol' Bessy for a few days

^ 78 ford right? lol you got the lariat trim and bed tie down hooks.. rare option Trukk is sweet. I have one lifted 9 inches on 38's. Not a nissan but figured i would say something. Good lukk
