seriously puzzled- ka24de won't start

can't figure it out. timing is right gettin air, spark, and gas. any idea s why it wont start? hasn't started in three years. ran decently before parked. only reason it was parked was to work on the timing now it won't start.

It might be the gas. If gasoline just sits and doesnt get used, over time its octane rating drops. See if that helps.
