serious problem with my shifter

my shifter got stuck in the tiptronic mode but its like in neutrol. but cant move it back to the side with drive and park.and it dosent drive or release my key thankshttp://forums.g35club.org/zeropost?cmd=newtopic&id=261#

tow it to a dealer, I have not heard of this issue ever in the past, sorry for your troubles mate.
