I have a08 G35 sedan with the 6 mt transmission and I have raced a few HR 350z and none seem to keep up, from highway rolls too low rolls. I've seen countless G's put it down on the Z's... look at jeff woods. He can eat them for breakfast with only a fujita intake on his 07.
I think that the new 370Z is going to be a hard one to top, it has 332 hp, 270 torque, and a 1/4 mile time of 13.3 @ 106... around there anyway, this will surely stomp even the swiftest shifters in the G sport.
I think the best recorded trap from Motor trend was 13.9 in the G35 sport 6 sp sedan... Perhaps the G37 will offer more competition performance wise.
i did a 13.82 quarter mile with just the Megan Racing HFC's.
