serious electrical problems

[92 Convertible SE]

okay fellas here's the rundown... bought a 94 z convertible... it was wrecked, rebuilt, and sold to me... it was draining the battery, tested the alternator, it was charging at 12.5... not good, cool, pop in a new one... now charging at 13.3, rev the motor, voltage decreased big time, now car wont crank, all the lights on the dash came on... it has air, feul, and spark... now i need to get it fixed... but im not a mechanic, nor an electrical expert... does anyone know of any Z specialists in Houston, TX?? I called this one shop that does SR swaps for 240sx's (being that i own 2) and the guy told me that there is a place in houston called "The Z Shop" called 411 didnt have the number, checked the net, didnt find anything... now im turning to the one place thats never let me down... if anyone knows where i can go to get my Z back on the streets or any shops specializing in this "rare bird" please hit me back and let me know.... thanks fellaz....
