Okay guys/girls,

I have two sets of HKS adjustable cam gears that I am willing to part with. They are the older more durable cam gears without the scales on them. I pair is anodized blue and 1 pair nearly the color of a stock cam gear. Let me know if interested price will be just below $200, but I need to see the interest. If none, then I'll post them in the for sale section. The only reason why it's not going in the for sale section yet is because I'm undecided of which pair I want to part with. Money talks and there will be no negotiating on these as I paid a pretty penny for them as well.

either your profit margin is astronomical (sp) or your just paying too much for your parts...I just sold a set of the cam gears you mentioned to a member of this board for $60.00 shipped... brand new I might add....

The one thing about me is, I'm not desperate for money, but I'm not giving away parts for crack-head either. I guess since you live in Japan, you can afford to. I on the other hand can not.....might I add! And besides that, if the guys and girls were not interested and felt they can do better, they can always just not respond...might I add.

Loose lips, sinks ships!

no one asked for them that cheap. I had them on here a long time ago but all the picky SOB's on here said they didn't want them unless they came with camshafts. I contemplated matching up a set of cams with them but most of the people on here are stingy anyway and probably try to lowball me.In all reality, you can get the old style HKS CA18DET cam gears in Japan for the most $45.00 US. *NEW*Don't ask me though, I'm done selling Nissan parts.

you asked $350 shipped for yours originally, so if you can get them for $50 YOU were making a $300 profit margin... I have no idea what you ended up selling that for (nor do I really care) but the point remains you have no business telling Dee his $200 is too much!;)

It's so cold in here:poke. Excellent point Sean! From $350 to $60 bucks is definitely bottom of the barrel. I still don't think $200 is unreasonable ginven the fact that you are getting a true set of adjustable cam gears. And I'm actually selling them cheaper than that.

Sean,I don't think I was selling them for quite that much, but they were high. And you have to remember shipping from Japan is 3x that of shipping in the US. You are right, ya know.I just had to make my final post an ******* one... Farewell Nissan heads.Float, wasn't it you that I hooked up with a set of injectors (cheap I may add)...

i've had quite a few parts shipped from japan and shipping isn't much higher. Then again it depends how you have it shipped but i haven't had any problems with damaged goods, let alone over paying.

Yes it was me!!! You got me a set of brand new 555cc NISMO injectors for a decent price. They should be finally going in the car in the next week or so.

So is the 700 hp CA not going in? If those are the gears that I saw from my visit I will vouche for how good of shape they're in.

Well I only ship EMS to the states because it doesn't take as long and they are the least likely to thrash anything.Shipping within Japan is very expensive... and it's even worse international from Japan... Take my word for it... ask Float what the shipping on 4 injectors was.

why should i take your word for it. i told you, i've had lots of things shipped in from japan. It never cost me much more than anything i would have had shipped nationally and i've never had a problem with damaged goods.

EMS is uuber expensive! I almost always just opt to take the 2-3 week method over it. I think it cost something like $30 to ship a BOV via EMS vs. $12 or so by the 2-3 week method... EMS is amazingly quick though (under a week in most cases), and its insured that way. Its kind of a toss up. For expensive/breakable items I generally have them ship via EMS, but for something tough, just go via regular mail:)
