Serious 0psi Compression RB20DE

Hey guys first post here, kind desperate.

Bought a new enigne for my cefiro 2nd hand and put it in, trouble is i have 0psi compression not even a puff, the dude i got it off says it came out running and i believe him. new cambelt has been placed on and have checked the timing on it. really in a spot here guys, any help appreciated. this is my daily driver so need it going to get to work haha wasnt such an easy engine swap

are you a 100% positive timing is right? if they timing is way off then it would read 0 psi.

if the timing actually is right then something has got to be seriously f*** to read 0 psi lol

hey yea it looks all good to me, think it might be the valves, there is no gap under some of the cams so gonna take a shim out of them
