Series 2 rb25det hesitation, won't idle please help

Alright hesitates instantly when started, has trouble when idleing bounces around in between 600 and 2400 rpm. Started doing this last week but i could still boost it was just cracking and popping on the top end, so I replaced the plugs. After that I can only give it about 20% throttle before it cuts out. I have been checking the forums, so the first thing I did was pull the plugs back out and checked the springs on the coil packs. 2 of them were bent pretty good, so I straightened them back out stretched them a little and put them back on. Started up and idled fine. Went down the road got into boost and it layed down, actually slowing the car down. I am about to go replace all of the springs with some I bought from Northern, but if this doesn't work what next? Here are some of the mods....

when I unpulg the tps it idles like it should. but still it struggles to climb rpms almost like something is blocking the turbo. You can hear it spool, and it reads 18 lbs but will not dump boost. when it boosts it will slow the car down and feels like the ecu goes back to safety mode. Does anyone have a 2nd gen rb25 tps ????
