Series 2 RB25 not getting spark?

ok, so i have a Series 2 RB25DET. It cranks but wont turn over. I went to test the CAS with it connected to the wires and the key on the on position, and i turned the shaft and heard no clicking. But i dont know if its the CAS or if its just not wired right? any info and suggestions would be awesome to better diagnose this...cause i mean its connected right to the ECU right? no fuses/relays?
