Are you looking to get one specifically from a member here? Have you tried e-bay or your local junk yard?

If your going T3 make sure you get the proper 60mm GT30 turbine wheel not the cropped 56mm version.

Sorry i misunderstood what you were after. Do you just want the CHRA with no housings. If this is the case just send them an email, all the Garrett dealer will sell CHRA's by themselves.

search old volvo, 1st gen nissan 300zxt and turbo ford 2.3 forums online and track down their turbo rebuild/upgrade sources. They all do and have T3 turbos stock.
turboford.org
evergreen turbo
arizona turbo
.... to name a few
they can "clip" the turbine wheel and upgrade the compressor wheel/machine the stock comp housings to match. Seen these samples provide excellent responding & performing street cars, for a very reasonable price too.
They should have water cooled centers laying around

Ohh im gonna search in that sites because i know a little of merkur (i had Ford Sierra Xr4 similar to merkur Xr4)
and my friends have turbo sierras here in buenosaires, they look for the same too, but in Argentina don,t sell
t3 wet turbos used or new. Thanks for the data, salute Luchito.
