you still have to use the clutch, its just a "sequential adapter" so all you're doing when you shift is go up or down with the shifter.

Its ok but not 1500 dollars ok. Though I guess its what some of the Japanese tuners prefer i'll stick to the stick.

yah doesnt a hollinger sequential tranny cost like 16,000 i think hks makes a 6 speed sequential tranny for the sr20det, and are you guys sure that it works only on rhd's and that u still have to use the clutch

yes you still have to use the clutch for that ikeya shifter. the ikeya shifter is a mechanical device that mounts over your stick and all it is doing is making the H motions into forward and backward motions making it "sequential." It's not a true sequential transmission, just a little device...and it still costs 1500 omg.

The 5Zigen twin mode clutch is close to 2G's I think, but i know it eliminates the clutch when activated. Can it be used on LHD?http://WWW.takakaira.com

i believe the 'twin mode' thing, doesnt necessarily 'eliminiate' the clutch, but it just activates the clutch hydrolically with the press of a button or whatever, so the clutch is used, just not pressed with your foot...
