I got a 2004 Sentra SE-R...the question is...what should I do first...get 17'' rims or lower it 1.8in?

NISMO cold air intake and exhaust. Best bang for your buck out. Then look at some wheels and suspension. Forgot to add. Get some motor mount inserts as well. Very cheap and very effective. Eliminates any wheel hop.
