Hey Nootz,
What I did on mine, was to move the factory installed HU to the glove box making myself an extension cable. Then, I installed a Jensen (I know... don´t make any comments) touchscreen unit and connected its output to the auxiliary input of the HU in the glove box. I didn´t need any frame, but I have a bit of space around the Jensen unit. Not bad.
Now, this setup has advantages:1. You keep the Bluetooth and Steerwheel controls.2. You keep the MPG, DTE, etc. info screen.3. Low cost of Jensen HU and good fit.
And disadvantages:1. You use space in your glove box.2. You run your new HU through the auxiliary input of your old HU.
A good website to try if you don´t know what new HU to buy, is
http://www.crutchfield.com Enter your car info and it will show you what fits in there...I don´t have any pics by the moment, but let me know if you want some.Good luck...
