I have a 2000 nissan sentra with trouble code p1126 throttle control motor relay open. can anyone tell me where to find this relay so i can replace it?

Frustrated beyond belief, I realized that my vehicle was purchased new in California - might be a whole 'nother animal. I called a dealership in Garden Grove, talked to a really patient parts guy who admitted he was totally stumped, but said maybe the term "relay" might be something else. He talked to a tech who said it the thermostat for the engine, which should be available at my local auto parts store. If it helps the part # he gave me is 212000C811. Haven't checked yet, but it's a start.
