Sentra/Stanza Throttle Bodies on 240sx?

im doing a KA with ECU swap from a S13's SOHC to a S14 DOHC into my S13 shell. The problem during the overhaul was the engine leaned over and fell on the throttle body and twisted the throttle body shaft along cable pulleys. I need another throttle body and cant seem 2 find one in anywhere im my area. Im wondering if the Short Block throttle bodies from a Sentra or Stanza KA24de will work on the long block KA24de since they are in diff positions im assuming? ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT! Without this i cant get the 240 running n i need it baaaaaad for school its my only whip!!!! lol THanx again!!
