I own a 96' 240 and wanted to do the Sr20det swap but im a little broke right now.

So i was wondering, can i just take the sr20de engine out of a 2000 sentra and put it in the 240 and just turbo it later on or should i just save up for an s14 sr20det?

Dude, you are gonna get flamed, and badly. Delete your post and pray that very few people read it......then search the next time you want to make a post so that this doesn't happen again.

If you can't afford a swap then just don't do it. Save up, pay your bills, and then save for your toys.

And no. You can't swap a sentra sr20 into your s14 unless you have deep pockets, custom fab skills, and want to convert it into fwd

It's been discussed a few times before.

The motors are different externally, it's no where near practical.
