Sentra short ram intake on Versa?

Since the Sentra and the Versa use very similar engines and similarly sized engine bays, would it be possible to install a short-ram intake designed for the Sentra on the Versa? What model year Sentra is most comparable? There seem to be a wider variety of short ram intakes available for the Sentra and at better prices than the ones for the Versa.

Also, Amazon has an AEM short ram intake for Hondas that is $88 with free (prime) shipping...wishing they had something that cheap (and brand name) that would fit the V...sigh.

The only issue with this is that the intakes are routed differently, while it is possibly to use a sentra intake, it might take a few different brands to get one to fit correctly.
