I used to drive my car in the 90-110 range and it never used to shake. I've had this car for 2 1/2 years and it has 95k miles on it. I would say it's the whole car shaking, not the steering wheel. I got 100 pt courtesy sheck from a local Nissan dealer and amongst the slew of things they found I need a new RT engine mount could this be a contributor?nametakennow wrote:Does the whole car shake or the steering wheel or what?
These cars are fairly light and tend get a little shakey at higher speeds. I know my steering wheel vibrates a bit when in the near-80 area, though that's probably at least in part a function of the crappy roads around here.
Alignment will not cause the car to shake. Pull to one side maybe, but not shake.I'd go with tire check and balance first, then possibly CV joints.Good luck.whiteboy56 wrote:your alinement is out of place. get it checked out man
