I forgot to ask about my engine swap if it will include a new trani, clutch, shift kit, exhaust mounts etc. Do I need to do ALL of this? Whats the best way to go about making my 92 a brand new car for a decent price? I am not sure what forums I should look at to see where the best shops are. HELP!!

As I said in your other thread, head to the regional forums for shop help. Try the Northwest and California (i.e. Norcal) regions.

The place/person you get the engine from will (or should) tell you whether it includes a transmission, etc. Generally you get the engine, wiring harness, and ECU, and sometimes the transmission. However, you're probably going to need a USDM Sentra/G20 transmission. Avoid the B13 SE-R transmission because of the risk of 5th gear pop-out issues. You'll also be using a US B13 SE-R harness and ECU (with piggyback and/or JWT tune) anyway.

You'll have to source a clutch on your own. The exhaust you use should be a USDM Sentra exhaust, so it will use the Sentra's mounts. If you mean the rubber bits, any exhaust shop has those.

You need all of the parts listed in the GA->SR FAQ along with your engine of choice.

This isn't cheap and the car won't be "brand new." It never will. Creaks and rattles will still exist, the engine will still hiccup as per however many miles it has and how you treat it dictate, etc, and if you don't get new suspension and brakes, it will still have a "worn" feel. It'll be a lot of fun, but it's still a 15-year-old car.
