Sentra haven a littel problem

Well i would like a littel help if anyone knows what this might be give me a reply... would be apprecated.I been having a problem when i drive some times in low Rpms or the bottem of the gear my car will have low power and the engine is a littel shakey or a good amount of viberation.but then other times it will be low power like that then just take off and be fine for a bit.I been noticeing this oil leak out the top of my engine. could this be the cause of my problem?

Sounds like that spark plug is fouled up. Pull it and see if there's oil on it (I'd assume that there is).

Ya i pulled it out. it kinda a long plastic tube that comes out with it. oil all over it.do you think it may just need a new spark plug or maybe a littel more work then that?

It's running rough because that cylinder isn't firing because there's oil all over the plug. Get the engine compression tested.

hey bud ive been a nissan tech for 4 years now and this is a very commen problem with your engine. what you need to do is get a valve cover gasket kit that comes with the spark plug tube gaskets as well. depending on how many miles you have it would hurt to replace the plugs and wires.

Thank you for all the help.Do you have any idea how many much the the kit goes for?and the car has 180 k miles on it and i haven't put that many miles on it my self but pretty sure the plugs were not changed that much.
