sentra door lach

has anyone else had a problem with the 2006 nissan sentra door lach on the insied when i try to open the driver door from the inside it won't open but it works just fine from the out side if anyone has had this and has fixet it let me know please

i have figered out the problem the inside door handle that opens the door had a pece brake off and was pervienting the door handle from opening all the way i was able to get the pece of door handle out after taking the door panle off but i dont think that it was compleaty nessery to do it
