Sentra B17 voice recognition problem

Hi, I have a Sentra B17 with a stereo with Bluetooth and No Navigation.

I connect my phone via Bluetooth, I upload in the car system some phone contacts. When I receive a call i can answer it but I can not make a phone call using the voice recognition. I can make a call using the commands but no with the VR.

Can anyone help me??

I think we should be able to assist you. Could you answer a few questions first? What year is your vehicle? What's the details of your phone (make, model, OS version)? Have you tried updating the phone OS?
