Sentra/3rd gen Altima header on Altima coupe(4th gen)?

Hello! I'm new here so hope I put this in the right place.

I want to put a Sentra/3rd gen Altima header on to my 2013 Altima coupe. As far as I can see the bolt patterns are the same on the head but I want to ask to make sure. Mainly because why would they sell separate headers for the 3rd gen and 4th gen? The engines are the same with a few changes on the 4th gens. I know that from the header to the downpipe, the 3rd gens have a 2 bolt pattern while the 4th has 3. That is something I can workaround. but other than that I can't find any differences.

I've searched for an answer for a long time and have come up with nothing. Not even the wiki on the qr25de mentions any changes of the head on the 2007+ models. But maybe I missed something about this subject.

The main reason for asking about this is because I want a new header but I don't want to spend 300$ on an obx. I know that performance wise a header won't add much but I want better sound.

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe and I bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec v header for my car and it fit perfectly. The link for the header I bought is here http://www.sparktecmotorsports.com/megm ... gJx7vD_BwE

I will say that the gasket that came with this header had a hole burnt into it and t started leaking after 3 months BUT I bought a new gasket for $15 and the problem is now fixed. The new gasket is here http://m.autoanything.com/exhausts-muff ... 67127.aspx this gasket fit without a problem!

Pro tip: look for parts for a 2012 Nissan Altima coupe 2.5 because a lot of websites don't think a 2013 Altima coupe exists!
