sensor replacement weekend

hey guys i have a abs sensor that went out, need to replace it soon, because i have a sort of a Christmas tree going on on my dash, its on the front driver side on my 06 m35x, are there any suggestion or diy instructions? Also when I fill up my tank the pump stops every gallon so i've been told to change the vapor canister vent valve, now ive bought it off ebay, but i cant find it anywhere, i tried finding instructions for the abs sensor and vapor canister vent valve online, but nothing, any suggestions?

There is a technical service bulletin for the fill valve - you may want to see if the dealer will do it. It looks like more than a DIY job:

I have an ALLDATAdiy.com account and in doing a search on ABS, all I came up with was labor for replacing the ABS light and the relay. Nothing for a sensor.
