Sensor placing and fittings

I will be running a D jetro with my setup as well as a greddy informeter with some extra gauges.
I have a stance water neck adaptor, and that is where the water temp sensor will go fo the informeter. I was wondering if, for oil, I could use the stock location by just pulling out the old sensor and putting in my other one that will read pressure for the informeter. Has this been done or tried?

Also, for the MAP sensor and intake air temp for the D jetro. I have an ISIS intake manifold which has three ports on the bottom (currently plugged) Can I put nipples there, and use those sources for air intake and the MAP sensor itself?
