Do a GTR brake upgrade, it basically 300zx 30mm caliper with GTR rotors, and also you need to fab a mounting bracket which is easy, gtr rotors are 1.75" bigger, so you need to raise the caliper 1.75"
or you can do a VR4 conversion that is a 300zx 30mm caliper with VR4 rotors 12.5" i believe, it is 15mm farther that the stock rotors so you have to have a 15mm spacer between the caliper and mounting location, and 1.5" higher too heres a site that may help:
