what a joke, knocked it down to 45K, I offered 29500 they never even got back to me, the other offers were: 3 from some dude 7500, 17000 and 25000, lol and they made an offer of 48K to somone else who declined....

I told you noone in their right mind would pay 50K noo one will pay 45K either, offering 29500 was generous in my book

i guess it cheap advertising.

29 american, my friend. in the states, the 3.5 starts at roughly 23grand.

30 grand is at the lower spectrum of "reasonable"

Yup my loaded 3.5 came in a hair over 28K it was about 32MSRP but I did well...anyway, I still can't understand Canada, the exchange rate is almost 1:1 yet the cars are 125% the cost minimum...just don't get it...

cause the price of cars remained the same, while hte currency went up...

therefore canada sucks balls...even more

there was for a while ( 2 weeks? or so) that canada had a special deal thing going on, was if u buy a brand new car without loan or lease (striaght pay) u get like a discount price

the altima coupe had a 4grand savings, i was out of luck... bought the car a week before this stupid "fair deal" thing went on...

do you guys think they would seriously let this car go for 30? if so you're smoking crack! let me lay it out for you guys that keep seeming to not understand.

GTK650 Turbo = 1500intercooler + piping + bov + wastegate + engine management = 3000sideskirts + rear caps = 1000+ with installcustom front lip + paint = 1000 at the leastcustom audio system = 1000+AP big breaks = 4000custom seats = 400

I've only listed some of the mods on that car, and i'm already around 12k. Need i go on. Don't think the car is going to be offered up at a stock price because they could easily return it to stock form and sell off the parts if they wanted high 20's for the car with 1200 miles on it.

Crack can't be smoked.. but I agree with you fully, I'm sure someones going to buy it for low 40s there are alot of rich people who like to use money on cars they can't drive all the time. Buying this is like passing a loaded loaded Evo GSR (with remaining money to single turbo it)

Uhhhh, crack can most definitely be smoked. Where have you been

Also, buying this is not at all like buying a built EVO. EVO's are built to handle boost from the factory, so they are only improved. This is buying a car that was built to be a sporty family car, that has been evolved into something completely different. People don't buy sports cars built by other companys these days. Its just not gonna happen. The economy is super low for automotive works right now, and If the economy wasn't low, people would just build their own cars. No one spends 40k for an out of the box fast Altima. Sorry, that's the way the buyers market works. Aftermarket parts are worth NOTHING in the resale world. Absolute squat. This car will be lucky to sell for 32k. If the car was destined to sell for 40k, it would have sold already. No one has made an offer even close to that. Its only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it

The altima coupe is most definitely a sporty car built on a family car platform. Its not a sports car. Its a 2 door sports sedan.

I see where your coming from dude, but believe me, I have done this exact same scenario with my last 2 cars. Aftermarket parts are worth nothing on resale value. Unless a company picks up this car as a marketing tool, it has nothing for value to street consumers.

My friend had a heavily modified evo, but he spent 2 months parting out the car by himself in order to sell the car and the aftermarket parts separately. IMHO, buying a modified car from someone else just doesnt "feel" the same, since u didnt personally go through each stage.

Dont forget, they got all the parts for this car at hole sale, plus no body wants to buy a turbo'd front wheel drive car that isnt a daily driver for over 40g's. I think they could get 35-36 max. And that would be a fair price considering its used and our transmissons suck. They could of gotten 45 if they put a new transmission in and converted it to rear wheel drive

Yup, aftermarket parts add no value to the car, thats the way it is and always has been....down to 42K now they still won't get it unless some one is uber retarded

and the car's private party value in excellent condition based on the depreciation of the 2.5 (since there is no value for 3.5 yet) would be approximately 25% for 1200 miles on it...loaded 2009 2.5 is 30,615 MSRP according to nissan web site and kbb has 2008 2.5 loaded private value at 22925 so basically a 25% deprciation give or take, means the actual value of loaded 2009 3.5 is 33,385 mulitply by 0.75 gives a maximum private party value of 25,038 so technically thats all that car is worth 25K...so even my offer was too high...

42k, jeez, just get a premium packaged 6mt g37 sport, just to keep it in the nissan family, or nismo 350z, or get 3 base model versa's, 2 hatch's and 1 sedan, so many choices, but a modded a/c turbo, with no warranties, i mean cool if you got soo much $$$ just blowing out yo @$$, but even still with money blowing outta my @$$ i would buy and mod the hell outta the godly gtr, again keeping it nissan fam
